Q: How to leave the personalized information?
- Please write down the information at the box of "Add a note to your order" when you check out.
Q: What are the turnaround time for the personalized design?
- At Just Right Creative, nothing makes us happier to see customer receiving their well thought out product. So we make every effort to get the product out in 1-3 business days once order is confirmed or design is approved.
- You will receive an email including tracking number when your order is on it's way.
- We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages.
Q: Which materials do you use for your design?
- Our materials consists of MDF, Plywood, Veneered wood, Hardwood, Acrylic, Cork, Foam board, Aluminum, Metal and Paper.

Engraving Board Questions
Q: What are the charcuterie board made of?
- Our charcuterie board is made by the high quality of natural wood.
Q: What happen to the engraving after wash?
- It's normal that the engraving may appear slightly lighter after wash, but it still visible.
Q: How to maintain the board?
- Clean the board with warm water and soap is sufficient. Please do dot place in the dishwasher.
Q: Can I chop on the side where the engraving is?
- Yes, you can chop on the side where the board is engraved. However, most people flip the board and chop on the opposite side that's not engraved.
