All of our creations are our own designs, and are created by hand. Every item we have can be customized to suit your needs, or tweaked to add your favorite color, icon, etc.

1.For dots on certain letters (i & j), we will edit the font to attach the dot to the letter.

3.If you want to get a digital proof of your design, please email us and which you need to approve before production

1. Processing speed is one of our top priorities.
2 We are located in Canada, so it depends on the destination of the package, but you should receive your item within 2-10 Business days.
3.If you are in the GTA and don’t want to wait for shipping, We can arrange pickup location instead!
